Well, I would have to say this would qualify me to be a "Red Neck" - I know!! The boys will sometimes have a night time accident (probably wouldn't happen if we didn't give them choc. milk before bed). Anyway, last night we had an accident...so I had to wash the sheets and mat. cover. The sheet came out great, but I had a little prob. with the mat. pad..it kindof melted a little in places, so I threw it away!!! I didn't have time to go buy another one...so I just decided to tape garbage bags down on the mattress. I thought this would be a great idea...and if one of the boys had an accident...my mattress would be protected (and less washing on my part). When I finished taping the garbage bags down...I took a step back - and laughed out loud at myself!! This is pretty Red in my opinion, but hey...if it works - it works!!
