The kids were busy making homemade paper-chain garland...with the help of MiMi and Davy...
They also made popcorn garland with the help of Pop and Davy...and what a mess they made with it!!!
After they finished (well, MiMi and myself)making the garland...it was time to decorate the tree....
The kids enjoyed putting all the decorations on the beautiful "Christmas Tree" at their MiMi & Pop's house. And I would have to say....MiMi & Pop have the most ORIGINAL Christmas Tree EVER!!!

And an unsolicited comment from Gigi said something to the effect that she thought the ficus tree Christmas tree was a wonderful idea and much better than trying to put up the old Christmas tree from the river. Who knows? We might have just started a new family tradition!
